Our Team

Dr. Delaram Bahmani was raised in Orange County, California and attended the University California of Irvine where she earned a bachelor’s in Biological Sciences. She then moved to Chicago to continue her education at the Illinois College of Optometry, ultimately earning Doctor of Optometry.
 

She is certified in Corneal Refractive Therapy (CRT), which is a non-surgical option that uses specialized contact lenses to correct nearsightedness.
 

Dr. Bahmani is a passionate optometrist who embraces cutting-edge technology to provide exceptional care to her patients. With a keen interest in utilizing the latest advancements in the field, she ensures accurate diagnoses and effective treatment options. Beyond her professional expertise, Dr. Bahmani possesses a warm and welcoming demeanor, always striving to build meaningful connections with her patients. She believes that understanding their unique needs and concerns is key to delivering personalized and holistic care.
 

Outside of her practice, Dr.Bahmani indulges in her love for travel, exploring new destinations, and immersing herself in diverse cultures. When she’s not globe-trotting, she cherishes quality time with her family and enjoys discovering hidden culinary gems in her city.

Dr. Kelly Djoum was born and raised in the Chicagoland area. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Integrative Biology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and went on to receive her Doctor of Optometry degree from the Illinois College of Optometry. Dr. Djoum is a proud member of the Illinois Optometric Association.
 

She provides comprehensive primary eye care with special interests in myopia management, diabetic eye examinations, dry eye treatment, and the diagnosis and management of ocular disease. Dr. Djoum is passionate about helping patients of all ages achieve clear, comfortable vision while supporting long-term eye health for the entire family.
 

Outside the office, Dr. Djoum enjoys attending live music concerts, cooking, gardening, and spending quality time with her husband. She looks forward to caring for the patients and families of Bright Sight Eyecare.

Daniel has been an integral part of Bright Sight Eyecare since its founding in 2023. He began his career in the optical field in 2019 and has developed a strong foundation in frame styling, lens technology, and personalized eyewear consultations.
 

He takes pride in helping patients select eyewear that complements both their vision needs and personal style. With a thoughtful and detail-oriented approach, Daniel ensures that each patient leaves feeling confident in both the comfort and aesthetics of their glasses.
 

Originally from Southern California, Daniel brings a relaxed yet attentive presence to the office. Outside of work, he enjoys staying active through skateboarding and snowboarding, working on home improvement projects, and spending time with his Siberian Husky. He also appreciates good food and exploring new restaurants.
 

Daniel looks forward to continuing to serve the families of Bright Sight Eyecare with professionalism, care, and expertise.
